Depending on your mail volume, you will want to choose a machine which has the proper speed per hour for your needs and can handle your monthly mail volume duty cycle.
But speed alone is a false indicator since all machines will occasionally stop for misfeeds so you want to make sure that whichever machine you choose has the technology to minimize those jams or double feeds.
